Buy credits
Credits are what you spend: a card is one, and turning that card into a vessel — the ten seconds of him being taken — is four more, decided after you have seen him. A credit is a blind box, and a failed generation refunds it.

Every roll happens on the server. Credits are granted by Stripe's webhook, and the wheel is spun server-side from a seed your browser never chose — nobody sees the man before he exists.
